Life is a messy business.
Sometimes things happen.
Work is overwhelming and you can’t talk to your co-workers or boss about it.
Family life and social commitments pull us in different directions – there’s no break from the demands and obligations.
Situations change, relationships sour, and we’re left to decide how the heck to respond to what’s on our plate.
Individual therapy can help us make time for ourselves.
We all have experiences in our past or present where we need help.
And trying to figure things out alone can cause us even more stress. But therapy can be the answer.
The gift of therapy can allow you to process your thoughts, feelings, and reactions in a safe and healthy way.
What is individual therapy?
The therapeutic relationship is one of the most important aspects of individual therapy.
My approach is helping individuals grow to be the person they want to be.
I believe that anyone can overcome their struggles with hard work, intentionality, and time.
My job is to give you the care and insight to support your journey towards becoming your authentic self.
While I do offer extensive experience in therapy, I make it my priority to understand you first.
You know yourself better than anyone else. You also know what you’ve experienced and your innate need to be at peace.
Although there are some common threads of therapy, I believe every individual has specific therapeutic needs, and I strive to develop a unique approach that will work best for you.
My goal is to support your growth in the ways that you desire without forcing any agenda, beliefs, or thoughts on you.
Find peace, happiness, and contentment during life’s messiness.
