A lot of times, people think that they’ll be happy if they get the next promotion, or buy the latest car, or find the person of their dreams.
But in reality, what we seek is already in us.
We just have to learn how to access it.
It’s important to know when therapy is the answer. When we feel emotionally dysregulated, our emotions are all over the place.
A negative thought may pop-up in your head. The next thing you know, you’re feeling sad, then angry at yourself, making the judgment that you’re not good enough.
